We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to perform diagnosis complex technical issues, checking and troubleshooting database queries, and addressing front-end errors. This engineer will work closely with the Engineering team to stay updated on system changes and collaborate on resolving issues. Additionally, they’ll support the Customer Success team by sharing diagnostic findings and documenting trends for Product team prioritization.

Core Requirements:
· Strong Diagnostic and Analytical Skills: Expertise in root cause analysis, trend identification, and proactive monitoring.
· Proficiency in Database Management: Skilled in querying and debugging relational databases.
· Solid JavaScript Knowledge: Experience writing and testing backend scripts, with a focus on debugging and diagnosis.
Very Useful Skills:
· Experience with AWS Cloud Services (CloudWatch, Lambda) and API Management.
· Front-End Debugging Skills: Competence in using developer tools for console and network error diagnosis.
· Cross-Functional Communication Skills: Ability to report findings to Customer Success and document insights for Product teams.
Additional Skills:
· Basic Elasticsearch querying and troubleshooting.
· Familiarity with Kafka Monitoring: Ability to monitor message flow and lag.
· Experience in IT Team Training and Collaboration: Willingness to support and train IT team members on diagnostic techniques.
