Mahisoft's Hiring Process

In our process you will have the opportunity to meet us as a Company and we will get to know you better.
Year phase-1

Our HR department reaches out to the candidates.

We introduce the company, and a first-hand assessment is carried out. We inquire mainly if the candidates can do the work if they will do it, and if they will fit in our culture. This phase is also an excellent opportunity for the candidates to know Mahisoft and evaluate if they want to work with us. It is a two-way street!

Year phase-2

A technical test takes place, which allows us to see how the candidate thinks through problems.

We introduce the company, and a first-hand assessment is carried out. We inquire mainly if the candidates can do the work if they will do it, and if they will fit in our culture. This phase is also an excellent opportunity for the candidates to know Mahisoft and evaluate if they want to work with us. It is a two-way street!

Year phase-3

It is a panel technical interview with at least 2 Mahisoft software engineers.

We present more complex problems to test the candidate’s technical knowledge and systemic thinking.

Year phase-4

It is a session with our CEO.

It is a mix between a technical and a non-technical interview. We are sure candidates will enjoy and learn a lot in this phase!
