We’re looking for knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate Principal Full Stack (MERN) Engineer who is comfortable creating, implementing and owning features end-to-end, making big and bold architectural decisions, and working at breakneck speed in a fast-paced startup.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple build-and-dev tasks, be comfortable in a continuous deployment environment and possess excellent analytical, listening, and get-along-with-others skills. You’ll be working on both frontend and backend development, creating and building new customer-facing features from soup to nuts using NextJS and Mongo, collaborating with a small but powerful team to build and ship high-quality software as fast as we possibly can.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a developer (or a helluva of a lot of natural talent).
- Proficiency using a MERN stack (or something very similar).
- Experience building & maintaining scalable backend services in production.
- Familiar with GCP, Cloud Run and Cloudflare.
- A natural intuition about what makes beautiful and elegant design patterns and software architectures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup – and unruffled by a bit of chaos.
- A great collaborator who knows how to listen to others’ ideas as ardently as they argue for their own.
- Fun to work with.
