Senior Product Manager -All Latam Countries - Fully Remote

As a Senior Product Manager at Mahisoft, you will play a crucial role in a collaborative team, working closely with product strategy and engineering leads to develop user-friendly and intuitive product experiences. The key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with engineering and design teams, monitoring product metrics for continuous improvement, and contributing to the product roadmap. Real estate industry experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 in the B2C space
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a bonus.
• They have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience leading and mentoring product management teams, providing strategic direction, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
