It is an action previously planned with the leaders and has the support and direction of the Human Resources management. 

The external recruitment process is a constant process in the organization and is nourished by different sources of information; from website applications to specialized job fairs. All external candidates aspiring to join Mahisoft must systematically complete all phases of our talent acquisition process, which include a technical test, an interview with Human Resources, technical interviews, and a final interview with our CEO. During the whole process, we evaluate how candidates think, react, interact, and behave. We don’t hire people only because of what they know but also because of their capabilities such as team building, communication, customer orientation, systemic thinking, and proactivity, among others. 

Once the selection is done and notified, the applicant receives their job offer and begins the onboarding process, to immediately begin writing their story in Mahisoft.
